5 Stage RO Water Systems - Gold Series

This 5 Stage RO System is recommended for:

  • people who want a top quality high purity RO System with an upgraded designer faucet and a few extra bonus features
  • creating pleasant, crystal clear purified drinking water
  • improving the taste of nasty, problematic water
  • removing water softener salts, fluoride, nitrates, and metals
  • reducing pesticides, herbicides, nitrates, and other pollutants
  • removing disease-causing microorganisms (including viruses)
  • creating healthier drinks and herbal teas with less pollutants (when present)
  • reducing arsenic levels (when present) by typically 90-98% initially

Technical Details of the 5 Stage Gold Series RO System:

  • Stage 1: 1 micron Sediment Filter removes more fine sediments than a standard 5 micron sediment filter. Our sediment filter also provides enhanced protection against clogging for both carbon blocks.
  • Stage 2: (10 micron) Made In USA 10,000 Gallon high efficiency activated carbon block water filter for reduction of chlorine, taste, odors, and organics . Features premium coconut shell activated carbon. This feature delivers enhanced performance that exceeds regular cartridges. (NSF Component Certified.)
  • Stage 3: (10 micron) Made In USA 10,000 Gallon high efficiency activated carbon block water filter for reduction of chlorine, taste, odors, and organics . Features premium coconut shell activated carbon. This feature delivers enhanced performance that exceeds regular cartridges. (NSF Component Certified.)
  • Stage 4: Premium Filmtec RO Membrane (FT30 technology, TFC Dry) for maximum contaminant reduction. (TW30-1812-**). Typical Rejection Rate (for NaCl) is 98.5%.
  • Stage 5: OmniPure Activated Carbon GAC Inline Post Filter (10” size with 1/4" threaded ports) to remove any possible taste from the storage tank. (OmniPure is the leading manufacturer for this type of cartridge.)

  • Unique built-in System Pressure Gauge (0-160 PSI). By having this gauge between the carbon cartridges and the RO membrane Intake, it can tell you 2 important things about your system:
    • The pressure drop caused by dirt accumulating on your carbon cartridges. Just write down the Initial Pressure when you first run the system with brand new carbon cartridges. Now you can "see" how dirty they are getting as the pressure goes down a little each month.
    • The Intake Pressure of the RO membrane. The RO membrane itself requires at least 51 PSI water pressure coming into the Membrane Intake to function properly. (You can only get a reading off the pressure gauge when the RO water is flowing out the RO Faucet.) Pressure Gauge also functions as an excellent diagnostic tool. This is an uncommon feature among reverse osmosis systems.

  • Quick Connect type tube fittings implemented throughout the system. Red locking clips installed on all fittings for extra security. This is another uncommon feature for RO systems.mperature Range: 39 – 100 degrees F.

  • Steel Frame/Bracket for maximum structural integrity. This durable frame/bracket is far more effective than plastic ones used by our competitors.

  • Whole System (Intake) ON/OFF Ball Valve for easier shutoff during cartridge changes. This is a rare feature in RO units.

  • Automatic Shutoff Valve for Tank (already installed) shuts off system automatically without wasting any water when the tank is full.

  • Lead-free Long Reach RO Faucet Spout (Non Air-Gap). Upgradeable on verbal orders.

  • 4 gallon Bladder Tank (steel jacketed) is NSF certified and holds 2.5-3 actual Gallons. Approx. Dimensions of Tank: 11"x 11" x 16"
  • Approx. Dimensions of RO System (without Tank): 16.25" Wide, 17" Tall, and 6" deep.
  • Food-grade 230 PSI polyethylene water tubing is 1/4" O.D. John Guest, except for the upgraded 3/8” Tank to Faucet and Tank to System tubing.

  • About 92% of all our parts are NSF Certified, and the remainder 8% of the parts have been WQA Certified to the same NSF standards. (These features are sought-after in the reverse osmosis filtration industry)

  • Inline Flow Restrictors are installed to minimize clogging more efficiently, unlike Capillary Flow Restrictors used in most RO units.

  • For superior quality we only use all stainless steel, non-clogging Check Valves on our units.

  • Provided with complete installation instructions, although we greatly recommend professional installation.
